WHAT IS BOULDERING?
Bouldering is a form of rock climbing without the use of ropes or harnesses. Indoor “problems” (a sequence of moves to reach the top), are set above thick mats. They allow you to comfortably climb to exciting heights. While indoor bouldering, you will train and challenge your mind, balance, technique, and muscles all over your body. Rid yourself of stress, and get plenty of exercise with this fun form of fitness.
