Cooperstown's first and only micro-distillery offers award-winning hand-crafted spirits, utilizing a majority of New York State agricultural products in its commitment as a farm distillery. With two locations right in the heart of Cooperstown, the distillery showcases the 'field to flask' experience, offering distiller-led tours of their production facility. They offer tasting counters at both the distillery ( 11 Railroad Ave.) and at their second location, Cooperstown Beverage Exchange ( 73 Main Street). The Exchange acts as a tasting room/retail shop by day. Craft beverages of all sorts, all produced in New York State, can be purchased to carry out or can be served at the bar, starting at 5 PM. “The Bev” is a great cozy and eclectic hangout, serving craft cocktails, beers and ciders and features live entertainment on the weekends and periodically throughout the week.
