Oneonta Concert Association, the area's oldest concert association, continues to offer area concertgoers world-class programs in chamber music, dance, jazz, and orchestra at an affordable price. Recent performers include Grammy award-winning jazz bassist Ron Carter and his trio, Scotland's "Folk Band of the Year" Battlefield Band, Grammy award-winning violinist Mark O'Connor, and New York's Taylor 2 Dance Company. Free school workshops, master classes, demonstrations, pre-concert lectures, and other educational sessions are offered in addition to concerts. Single tickets are $25 for adults/$6 for students. Ticket outlets are located at The Green Toad Bookstore (198 Main Street, Oneonta) and The Eighth Note Music Store (10 South Main Street, Oneonta).
