Nestled in the Catskill mountains, in the highly accessible university city of Oneonta, Foothills Performing Arts Center is a not-for-profit entertainment and civic center that serves the cultural, educational, and community needs of the Otsego, Delaware, and Chenango region. Since its grand opening in 2005, FPAC has become an exciting modern venue for live entertainment from nationally known artists and bands, as well as local favorites. Drama, vocal, and musical instruction is available at Foothills, and it is home to resident acting company S.T.A.R.T. In addition, Foothills is the rehearsal home for local youth string orchestra, the Little Delaware Youth Ensemble. With a variety of venues that welcomes groups from 20-775 people, Foothills has also become a leading destination for private, corporate, conference, and community events.
