Based on the research of rail historian Jim Loudon, , this show traces local trolley history from David Wilber's Oneonta Street Railway through several changes in name and ownership to the Southern New York Railroad. A total of 81 years of trolley history in Oneonta and Otsego County from 1888 to 1969, when the last trolley ran from Oneonta to West Oneonta. The exhibition includes postcards, photos, and artifacts reflecting our trolley history.
