We are definitely a "drive-to" destination and getting the directions to Cooperstown is easy. Albany International Airport is the closest, followed by Syracuse International and Binghamton Regional Airport. Each airport has on-site car rentals for your convenience. It takes about an hour and a half to drive to Cooperstown from Albany.

Albany and Utica are also accessible by Amtrak train, where Enterprise Car Rental Service is available.

During the summer months, when Cooperstown is busiest, parking and traffic on our small village streets may be a bit hectic. The easiest – and most fun – way to "navigate" is to use the trolley system. Peripheral lots are located at all the major entryways to the village. The cost is only $2 per person for an all-day pass. The trolleys make frequent stops at all the major attractions. They run daily from early June through Labor Day.

Have a great time in the Cooperstown area!
