COOPERSTOWN, NY – October baseball has provided fans around the globe with plenty of thrills this month. While the best seat for Game Three of the World Series will be in the American League city, the next best location to share in the excitement will be at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum's annual World Series Gala in Cooperstown.
The Museum will host the fan-favorite, "World Series Gala" on Oct. 27, featuring a live broadcast of Game 3 of the 108 th World Series, in a family friendly event featuring refreshments, trivia, raffles, prizes and more as fans watch the game at the Hall of Fame on the big screen in the Grandstand Theater.
A ticket is required for this event and costs $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12. Members may reserve tickets now, and any remaining tickets will be available to non-members on Oct. 22 by calling the Membership department at 607-547-0397.

Also on Saturday, October 27, the Museum will celebrate "Price Chopper Day," as those who hold an AdvantEdge membership card from Price Chopper will receive free admission to the Museum, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Museum Members receive free admission to the Museum, as well as access to exclusive programs, such as the Voices of the Game Series. The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum is open seven days a week year round, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. The Museum observes regular hours of 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. from Labor Day until Memorial Day Weekend. From Memorial Day Weekend through the day before Labor Day, the Museum observes summer hours of 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. Ticket prices are $19.50 for adults (13 and over), $12 for seniors (65 and over) and for those holding current memberships in the VFW, Disabled American Veterans, American Legion and AMVets organizations, and $7 for juniors (ages 7-12).
