COOPERSTOWN, NY - History will be made at the 2010 World Series. And for the 14^th year in a row, fans can watch that history unfold during the Baseball Hall of Fame's annual World Series Gala.

The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum will host the fan-favorite World Series Gala on Oct. 30 in Cooperstown. This family event will feature a live broadcast of Game 3 of the 106 ^th World Series, which will be played in the American League champions' park and begin at 6:57 p.m. EDT. Doors to the Hall of Fame for the World Series Gala will open at 6 p.m.

The fun-filled evening will feature refreshments, trivia, raffles, prizes and more as fans watch the game from the Hall of Fame on the big screen in the Grandstand Theater. The World Series Gala is made possible by the generous support of Price Chopper supermarkets.

A ticket is required for this event and costs $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12. Members may reserve tickets now, and any remaining tickets will be available to non-members on Oct. 25 by calling the Membership department at 607-547-0397.
