Begin your 4-course Wild Game Dinner with a one hour open bar including passed hors d'oeuvres created from a variety of wild game. Next, enjoy an appetizer of Grilled Quail Breast over wild rice, wild mushrooms and roasted peppers followed by a delicious house green salad of Baby Greens with Duck Confit. Then savor Chef Gregory's unique Hazelnut -Crusted Elk with Sweet Potatoes, Swiss Chard, and Baby Carrots. Complete your Winter feast with a decadent Wild Chocolate Mousse dessert with seasonal berries and whipped cream.
