Women's Rights Movement Vignettes

Every weekend this summer throughout our historic village, actors present short plays and vignettes and historical events, characters, and folklore. The museum's Dramatic Interpretation Program is proud to present: the Women's Rights Movement. Brought to life by the talented Templeton Players.  Attend Reverend Bush's speech on women's place in society and learn more about what it meant to be female in the 1800's--you'll find not everyone agrees with the Reverend. Finally, attend Carrie Filkins' rally for women's rights--join her in calling for equality and liberty!

Reverend Bush's Address - 2:00 pm in the Cornwallville Church.
The Women's Voice - 2:30 pm on the Tavern Green.

Cost: Included with your regular museum admission.

The historic village boasts a vibrant arts scene, excellent local food and beverage options, luxury accommodations, and, of course, more baseball than you can shake a bat at.
