Celebrating 100 Years!!
Springfield is the place to be on the 4th of July!
The 100th Annual Springfield 4th of July Parade kicks off at 11:00 a.m. in Springfield Center. Follow the ultimate hometown parade to the Springfield Community Center for more live music, great food, games and activities, plus a Quilt Show, Springfield Historical Society Exhibit, and other indoor displays. Arrive early for free parking at the Community Center on Rt. 29A and shuttle service from the Glimmerglass Festival parking area on Rt. 80.
To top off the historic celebration, head to Glimmerglass State Park where an evening concert featuring singer/songwriter Jeff Walton will be followed by a display of fireworks. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m., and there will be no admission fee to the Park after 7:00.
