This class is an introduction to engraving steel using hand tools. You'll learn how to sharpen and use steel engravers. All tools are provided by the instructor for use during the class. You'll also learn to design, lay out and engrave patterns on steel. Students are encouraged to bring patterns or designs to use during the workshop. Safety glasses are recommended.
Fee: $140 NYSHA members, $150 non-members
