City of The Hills Arts Festival: Main St Oneonta, The 10th annual City of the Hills Arts Festival is a one-day, open-air premier cultural event in Upstate NY held in the center of Oneonta's Historic downtown. This juried art exhibit and sales event features work of outstanding regional artists and live musical performances. Main St Oneonta is closed to traffic for the day, providing artists and visitors with a safe, comfortable and attractive pedestrian mall for exhibits and sales.
